Our work lives in two places at once. In Canada, we drive strategy, fundraising, and communications. In Tanzania, our team is embedded in the communities we serve, implementing programmes, building relationships, and ensuring that every decision is grounded in local reality.
This is not a head office and a field office. It's one team, two homes, and a shared commitment to making sure resources reach the people who need them most; transparently, efficiently, and without losing sight of what actually works on the ground.

Kelly is the connector. As Director of Community Engagement, she builds the relationships, partnerships, and community presence that bring our mission to life right here at home. From Windsor to the world, Kelly ensures that Harmony and Jay Foundation is always rooted in the communities we serve.

tima was there from the very beginning. As a Founding Director of Harmony and Jay Foundation, he helped shape the vision, lay the groundwork, and build the culture of compassion and ambition that defines everything we do. His commitment to confident youth is the foundation we stand on.

Ali is the boots on the ground for Harmony and Jay Foundation in Tanzania. As our Country Coordinator, he bridges the world of our donors and volunteers with the children and communities we serve at New Faraja, ensuring every programme we run is rooted in trust, care, and real impact.
